BYOB: Dance Dance Metal Mama Playlist

My Dance Dance Metal Mama playlist is a collection of songs from when I helped to run a metal club night with my husband pre-baby.

I love music that you can lose yourself in and dance like noone is watching (and even if they are, who cares?!)

Whenever I hear these tracks they remind me of some amazing times, and even after a terrible day they can still put a smile on my face. 

I’m a firm believer in music being the best therapy, and I can vouch for it. Just dancing around your kitchen after being covered in chewed food and snot by your gremlin can raise you right back up. You’re still as badass as you were 10 years ago if not moreso, and life is still awesome! Just dance, Mama!
