Our Best Female Led Tracks of 2015 Punky Moms Mixtape is by far my favorite spotify playlist to put together. Now becoming an annual list, we pick who we think should make the cut for the best music to come out this year. You can go practically anywhere to get a best of list, but ours is special here at Punky Moms. Why? Our playlist is specifically for female musicians and fronted bands. Let me tell you though, this was very very hard to do. The ladies of 2015 KILLED IT. I mean shit riot grrrl darlings Sleater-Kinney are back for fucks sake!

With the help of Hannah and my husband Phil, we narrowed the list down to 35 crazy talented female vocalists.  We have a few ladies joining us from 2014’s list. Hiiiiii Girlpool and FKA twigs. Nice to see you two again! In my research a discovered a lot of new singers who I missed when their album was released so again, putting this together is one of my fav things to do.
