Adrenaline Junkie Gone Passionate Seamstress – The Wild Bambino
Amber is the sole maker and mom boss behind everything at the cool baby clothes shop, The Wild Bambino. She is also a mother to an adorable little man and wife to an amazing firefighter husband. After much deliberation, she decided to quit her day job as an ER nurse, and stay home after her son was born. It was a tough decision as being an ER nurse was her career and craft, something she had been very passionate about for 10 years. However she was realizing that her son was so much more important and she felt strongly about staying home with him.
After 10 months of being home with her son, she started to have the itch to do something creative again. She wanted to become passionate about working with her hands again and still be able to be home with her little man. The idea of opening her own shop came after friends and family encouraged her to do so. They were blown away by all the homemade children’s clothing gifts she had been making over the years. With their support, she went for it!
Embarking on this new journey, Amber is excited to not only be making cool clothes for her son but for you and your family as well. As always, we encourage you to support handmade and small mama run businesses. Be sure to check out Amber’s etsy store using the coupon code at the bottom of the page!
